Holiday

Pay


Same as LPOA


One day’s pay for each holiday that occurred between 12/1 and 11/30
of the following year (City fiscal year).


Double time plus Holiday Pay for each holiday worked.


Tuition Reimbursement


Reimbursed for courses to obtain an Associates Degree in Criminal
Justice or related field on approval of the Police Chief.
Maximum reimbursement of $2,000/yr.


All costs associated with obtaining a Bachelors Degree for employees
hired after 12/1/1995. 
All costs associated with ANY level of LE degree for employees hired
prior to 11-2-11.

Uniform Maintenance and Cleaning Allowance


Same as LPOA


$550 paid in 2 equal payments.
Half in first pay after 12/1; the other half after 6/1.

Included in wage scale if hired or promoted to PO after 11-2-11.

Roll Call

Compensatory time of ten (10) minutes for each Roll Call up to

Retirement Defined Contribution (Great West) and ICMA-Retirement
Health Savings

PO’s – Contribute 5% of pension eligible compensation to the Great
West Defined Contribution plan.
City contribution 11% of base pay.


Dispatchers – Same as General Non-Represented Employees .

Health Savings – 2% employee contribution and $60 per pay
 period by City.


Contribute 3.1% of pension eligible compensation to the Great West
Defined Contribution plan.
City contribution 8% of    base

Accrued Monthly:


0-1 yr. = 7 hrs.  


1-2 yrs. = 8 hrs.

5-10 yrs. = 14.75 hrs. 10-15 yrs. – 16 hrs.
